Philippines just bagged a spot in Forbes Magazine’s 20 Best Foreign Retirement Havens for 2015.
“For US retirees, the principal appeal of the Philippines is a low cost of living in a tropical environment full of English speakers and outdoor beauty,” said the internationally renowned US business magazine.
Forbes also cited the non-taxation of foreign income, and that permanent residency can be obtained with a minimal showing of retirement income as other factors for its choice of the Philippines.
